In this competition, European countries battle for the title of the most air polluted country.
Each country battles every other country and wins if it is more polluted.
A battle between two countries is a game. A game consists of a number of rounds.
Most polluted location is chosen for each country and each pollutant.
Each round compares statistics for one pollutant.
There are as many rounds as there are pollutants for which both countries can provide a statistic.
Whoever wins more rounds wins the whole game. Whoever wins the most games wins the tournament.
Point system: Game won = 2 points, Game tied = 1 point, Game lost = 0 points
Remember: more pollution = more wins = more points
